    ALISON WALDBART

    Alison Waldbart, a Certified Personal Trainer, holds a bachelor's degree in physical education and is also certified in CPR. Before marrying and moving to Hendersonville in 1986, Alison spent the early 1980's as a police officer in Orlando, Florida. She has had various opportunities in the Hendersonville area teaching P.E., coaching basketball and volleyball, and instructing children in tennis. Alison and her husband, Glenn, have been married 25 years and have three daughters.

    Alison is grateful for the opportunity to work with so many wonderful people at Flat Rock Fitness and is available for personal training to help you reach your fitness goals.
